Ind. Code § 4-20.5-7-6 – Notice of proposed transfer

The department shall notify the following of the proposed transfer:

(1) Other state agencies.
(2) State educational institutions.
(3) The division of historic preservation and archeology of the department of natural resources as required by IC 14-21-1-14 .
