Ind. Code § 4-20.5-7-12 – Notice of sale

(a) The department must give notice of a sale as required by this section.
(b) Notice of a sale must satisfy the following:
1. (1) The notice must state the time, place, and terms of the sale.
2. (2) The notice must be published as follows:
  1. (A) In accordance with IC 5-3 .
  2. (B) In every county in which the property is located.
