Concurrent jurisdiction under this chapter must be perfected as follows:
- (1) An agent of the United States having supervision and control over Indiana military property must provide a written request to the governor to establish concurrent jurisdiction.
- (2) The governor must accept the request for concurrent jurisdiction on behalf of the state.
(3) The request, with the governor's acceptance, must be:
- (A) recorded in the office of each county where the Indiana military property is located; and
- (B) filed in the land office.
