Executive branch lobbyists; registration statement; annual report; filing under oath

As added by P.L.89-2006, SEC.15.

  1. (a) An executive branch lobbyist shall file the following with the department:

    1. (1) A registration statement.
    2. (2) An annual report as required by the department.
  2. (b) Statements and reports filed under this section must be filed under oath.
