Ind. Code § 4-13.5-1-18 – Authorization for Larue D. Carter Memorial Hospital project; borrowing of money and issuance of bonds; presentation of feasibility plan and cost estimate to the budget committee

(a) The general assembly authorizes the Indiana finance authority to undertake a project for the construction, equipping, purchasing, leasing, renovation, refurbishing, or alteration for the Larue D. Carter Memorial Hospital under this chapter and IC 4-13.5-4 , including the borrowing of money or the issuance and sale of bonds, or both, under IC 4-13.5-4 .
(b) The Indiana finance authority shall present a feasibility plan and cost estimate for the project to the budget committee before borrowing money or issuing bonds.
