Ind. Code § 4-10-19-14 – Power to charge a fee for costs and services

(a) The authority may:
1. (1) charge a fee for services provided; and
2. (2) charge a fee for costs and services incurred in the review or consideration of an application for a proposed loan or other financial assistance under this chapter to or for the benefit of a participant, regardless of whether the application is approved or rejected.
(b) A participant may pay fees charged under this section.
