Application of other provisions

The following apply to bonds issued under this chapter for local infrastructure projects:

  1. (1) IC 4-4-11-2.7 .
  2. (2) IC 4-4-11-21 through IC 4-4-11-30 .
  3. (3) IC 4-4-11-33 through IC 4-4-11-34 .
  4. (4) IC 4-4-11-36.5 .
  5. (5) IC 4-4-11-37 .
  6. (6) IC 4-4-11-39 through IC 4-4-11-41 .
