As used in this chapter, "bonds" of the authority means any bonds, certificates, notes, debentures, interim certificates, revenue anticipation notes, warrants, or any other evidences of indebtedness of the authority. As used in this chapter with respect to a participant, "bonds" means, to the extent otherwise authorized, bonds, certificates, notes, debentures, interim certificates, revenue anticipation notes, warrants, or any other evidences of indebtedness of a participant.
