Application of certain amendments
As added by P.L.115-2026, SEC.97.
The following amendments to IC 24-4.5-3 (before its repeal) applied as follows:
- (1) The amendments made to IC 24-4.5-3-201 (before its repeal) by P.L.163-1999 did not apply to consumer loans in existence before July 1, 1999.
(2) The amendments made to IC 24-4.5-3-209 (1) (before its repeal) by P.L.159-2001 applied to a contract between a lender and a debtor that is entered into or renewed after June 30, 2001.
