Ind. Code § 37-1-2-15
"Dwelling"
As added by P.L.115-2026, SEC.97.
"Dwelling" means a residential structure that contains one (1) to four (4) units, regardless of whether the structure is attached to real property. The term includes an individual:
- (1) condominium unit;
- (2) cooperative unit;
- (3) mobile home; or
(4) trailer;
that is used as a residence.
