Ind. Code § 36-9-13-3.5 – "System" defined

As used in this chapter, "system" means any of the following:

(1) A computer (as defined in IC 36-8-15-4 ).
(2) A communications system (as defined in IC 36-8-15-3 (1)).
(3) Mobile or remote equipment that is coordinated by or linked with a computer or communication system.
(4) Upon the request of:
1. (A) the fiscal body of an eligible entity having a fiscal body; or
2. (B) the governing body of an eligible entity not having a fiscal body;
  security services provided by human or nonhuman means.
