Ind. Code § 36-9-13-39

Procedure for awarding contracts

  1. (a) All contracts let by a building authority for the construction and equipment of a government building must be let in accordance with the general statutes concerning public contracts.

  2. (b) All contracts let by a building authority for the acquisition of a system may be entered into in accordance with the general statutes concerning similar contracts.
