Ind. Code § 36-8-3.5-0.3

"Department"

As added by P.L.207-2023, SEC.4.

As used in this chapter, "department" refers to:

(1) the police department of a unit;
(2) the fire department of a unit;
(3) a district; or
(4) a territory.
