Application of chapter

As added by P.L.394-1987(ss), SEC.1. Amended by P.L.4-1992, SEC.22.

This chapter applies to the following:

(1) Full-time, fully paid firefighters hired or rehired after July 1, 1989.
(2) Full-time police officers hired or rehired after January 25, 1992.
