Ind. Code § 36-8-28-4 – State fire marshal report to legislative council

(a) The state fire marshal shall subsequently report:
1. (1) the data reported by January 31 under section 3(1) of this chapter to the legislative council by the following March 1; and
2. (2) the data reported by July 31 under section 3(2) of this chapter to the legislative council by the following September 1.
(b) The reports under this section shall be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
