As used in this chapter, "proprietary information" includes the following:

1. (1) Customer lists and related information, including information subject to protection under 47 U.S.C. 222.
2. (2) Technology descriptions, technical information, or trade secrets (as defined in IC 24-2-3-2 ).

3. (3) Information that:

   1. (A) concerns the actual or developmental costs of 911 systems; and
   2. (B) is developed, produced, or received internally by a provider or by a provider's employees, directors, officers, or agents.
