Ind. Code § 36-8-16.7-15
"Multiline telephone system"
As added by P.L.132-2012, SEC.20.
As used in this chapter, "multiline telephone system" means a voice communications service system that includes the following:
- (1) Common control units.
- (2) Telephone sets.
- (3) Control hardware and software.
(4) Adjunct systems.
The term includes network and premises based systems as classified by FCC Part 68 (47 CFR part 68) Requirements.
