Ind. Code § 36-7.6-1-11

"Eligible political subdivision"

"Eligible political subdivision" means any of the following:

(1) A county.
(2) A municipality.
(3) An airport authority.
(4) A commuter transportation district.
(5) A regional transportation authority.
