Before October 1, 2021, the MPO shall do the following:

1. (1) Develop a comprehensive asset management report, in collaboration with the Indiana department of transportation centralized electronic statewide asset management data base developed under IC 8-14-3-3 , which analyzes and compiles the transportation asset management plans of each eligible political subdivision that is a member of the MPO.

2. (2) Present the comprehensive asset management report described in subdivision (1) to:

   1. (A) the city-county council of the consolidated city;
   2. (B) the fiscal and legislative bodies of each entity that is a member of the MPO; and
   3. (C) the budget committee.
