1. (a) At its first regular meeting in each year, the commission shall elect from its members a chairperson, vice chairperson, secretary, and treasurer.
2. (b) Not more than two (2) of the officers elected under subsection
3. (a) may be from the same county.
4. (c) The vice chairperson may act as chairperson during the absence or disability of the chairperson.
