Ind. Code § 36-7-36-7

Adoption of this chapter; rules and procedures

As added by P.L.88-2009, SEC.15.

The legislative body of a municipality or county:

(1) may adopt this chapter by ordinance; and
(2) if the legislative body adopts this chapter by ordinance, shall adopt rules and procedures for its enforcement.
