The list or definition of maintenance activities determined by the municipality under section 10(2) of this chapter may include installing, repairing, or upgrading:

1. (1) roofing;
2. (2) siding;
3. (3) a furnace;
4. (4) a window or windows;
5. (5) paint;
6. (6) a foundation;
7. (7) electrical wiring; or
8. (8) plumbing.
