Ind. Code § 36-7-16-8 – Loan rates; administration of chapter

(a) Loans made under this chapter shall be made at rates to be determined by the agency. The proceeds of loans shall be used to defray the expense of administering this chapter.
(b) The agency may employ the persons and establish the administrative guidelines required to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
