Ind. Code § 36-7-15.5-2
"Commission" defined
As added by P.L.194-1988, SEC.1.
As used in this chapter, "commission" refers to the metropolitan development commission acting as the redevelopment commission of the city, subject to IC 36-3-4-23 .
