Ind. Code § 36-7-15.2-5

"Economic development project" defined

As added by P.L.84-1987, SEC.13.

As used in this chapter, "economic development project" mean a project that:

(1) accomplishes the purposes specified in section 10 of this chapter; and
(2) involves an expenditure for a local public improvement.
