Ind. Code § 36-7-13.5-14 – Officers; term

(a) The commission shall elect the following officers from among the voting members of the commission:
1. (1) A chair.
2. (2) A vice chair.
3. (3) A treasurer.
(b) Each officer serves a term of one (1) year beginning July 1 of each year.
