Ind. Code § 36-7-13.5-10

Meetings

As added by P.L.31-2001, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.127-2017, SEC.201.

(a) The commission:
1. (1) shall fix the time for regular meetings; and
2. (2) may hold special meetings on call of the chair with seven (7) days written notice.
(b) A member may waive written notice of a specific meeting by a written notice filed with the commission.
