As used in this chapter, "interested party" means the following:
- (1) The governor.
- (2) The Indiana department of transportation.
- (3) The department of natural resources.
- (4) The executive of Indianapolis.
- (5) The department of metropolitan development.
- (6) The society.
- (7) Each neighborhood association.
- (8) Each owner or occupant owning or occupying Meridian Street or bordering property to a depth of two (2) ownerships of the perimeter of the property.
(9) An owner, occupant, or other person having a legal or equitable interest in the subject property.
