1. (a) The department shall compile the information in section 8 of this chapter for each township government.

2. (b) Any state agency having:

   1. (1) data; or

   2. (2) information relevant to developing the data;

      required to prepare the list under section 9 of this chapter, as determined by the department, shall provide the information to the department in a timely manner.
