Ind. Code § 36-4-2-6 – Place of election; manner; expense; voting

(a) An election held under section 3 of this chapter shall be held in each municipality in the manner prescribed by IC 3-10-8-6 . Each municipality is responsible for the expense of the election within its own corporate boundaries.
(b) A voter in an election held under section 3 of this chapter may:
1. (1) vote "Yes" or "No" on the proposed merger; and
2. (2) vote in favor of one (1) proposed name listed on the ballot under section 5 of this chapter.
