Ind. Code § 36-3-5-2.5 – Controller as fiscal officer and director of office of finance and management; county treasurer as ex officio treasurer

(a) The controller appointed under section 2 of this chapter is:
1. (1) the fiscal officer of:
  1. (A) the consolidated city; and
  2. (B) the county; and
2. (2) the director of the office of finance and management under section 2.7 of this chapter.
(b) The county treasurer serves ex officio as the treasurer of the consolidated city.
