Ind. Code § 36-2-7.5-2

"Redacting technology"

As added by P.L.91-2005, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.171-2006, SEC.12.

As used in this chapter, "redacting technology" refers to technology that has the ability to:

(1) search recorded and filed documents; and
(2) redact Social Security numbers from recorded and filed documents.
