Transfer of jurisdiction of purchasing and data processing in Lake County back to county executive

  1. (a) This section applies to Lake County.

  2. (b) The county executive shall have jurisdiction over both of the following, which were previously under the jurisdiction of the legislative body of the county:

    1. (1) The county purchasing agency.
    2. (2) The county data processing agency.
