Employment of attorney to represent and advise executive

As added by P.L.77-2014, SEC.15.
  1. (a) The single county executive may employ and fix the compensation of an attorney to represent and advise the executive.
  2. (b) For purposes of Article 2, Section 9 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana, employment by a single county executive as an attorney does not constitute a lucrative office.
