Social Security number on instruments presented for recording

As added by P.L.16-2001, SEC.2.
  1. (a) This section does not apply to an instrument executed before July 1, 2002.
  2. (b) A person may not present for recording by the county recorder a mortgage instrument that discloses a Social Security number.
