A school corporation that is formed from a reorganization of two (2) or more school corporations under IC 36-1.5-4 after June 30, 2017, is eligible for a one (1) time school corporation efficiency incentive grant under this chapter after satisfying all the requirements of IC 36-1.5-4 .

1. (b) The grant program shall be administered by the department of education. Grants made under this chapter shall be paid from money appropriated to the department of education from the general assembly for that purpose.
2. (c) The state board of education may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to administer the grant program.
