Ind. Code § 36-10-3-45 – Sections not to be repealed during period of outstanding bonds

The general assembly covenants that it will not repeal or amend:

(1) IC 6-9-7-6 ;
(2) IC 6-9-7-7 ;
(3) IC 36-10-3-40 ;
(4) IC 36-10-3-41 ;
(5) IC 36-10-3-42 ; and
(6) IC 36-10-3-43 ;
in a manner that would adversely affect owners of the bonds as long as the bonds are outstanding.
