The board may enter into a lease or contracts with not-for-profit corporations providing detailed terms and conditions for:

1. (1) the performance of historical pageants and entertainments; and

2. (2) the charging of admissions and maintenance of the facilities.

   The contract must not extend for a longer term than the term of the bonds.
