Ind. Code § 36-10-3-39

Application of section; discharge of firearm or shooting of arrow with bow, Class B misdemeanor; hunting, firearm sport, or archery area

  1. (a) This section applies only to parks within the jurisdiction of a county board.
  2. (b) A person who knowingly discharges a firearm or shoots an arrow with a bow into or inside a park commits a Class B misdemeanor.

  3. (c) This section does not apply to an area that the board designates as a hunting, firearm sport, or archery area.
