Ind. Code § 36-1-15-1
Application of chapter
As added by P.L.6-1997, SEC.203.
This chapter applies to:
(1) a unit; and
(2) any other political subdivision for which a statute imposes an assessed value limitation on the aggregate amount of bonds that the political subdivision may issue.
