Ind. Code § 35-47-12-3
A person who knowingly or intentionally places or disseminates a device or substance with the intent to cause a reasonable person to believe that the device or substance is a weapon of mass destruction (as defined in IC 35-31.5-2-354 ) commits terroristic mischief, a Level 5 felony.
