The provisions of this chapter do not apply to:

1. (1) pari-mutuel wagering conducted at racetrack locations or satellite facilities licensed for pari-mutuel wagering under IC 4-31 ; or

2. (2) wagering on horse races conducted through advance deposit wagering accounts authorized by IC 4-31-7.5 .
