1. (a) A person who unlawfully discloses enterprise zone information is subject to criminal prosecution under IC 5-28-15-8 .
2. (b) A person who unlawfully discloses entrepreneur and enterprise district information is subject to criminal prosecution under IC 5-28-15.5-6 .
