A person who interferes with or attempts to interfere with a drug or alcohol screening test by:

1. (1) using a:

   1. (A) device; or
   2. (B) substance;
2. (2) substituting a human bodily substance that is tested in a drug or alcohol screening test; or

3. (3) adulterating a substance used in a drug or alcohol screening test;

   commits interfering with a drug or alcohol screening test, a Class B misdemeanor.
