Victims to be treated with dignity

As added by P.L.139-1999, SEC.1.

A prosecuting attorney shall provide that:

  1. (1) victims are treated with dignity, respect, and sensitivity at all stages of the criminal justice process; and
  2. (2) the rights of victims are protected.
