Ind. Code § 35-38-7-9
Order for testing
As added by P.L.49-2001, SEC.2.
If the court makes the findings described in section 8(1), 8(2), 8(3), and 8(4) of this chapter, the court shall order DNA testing and analysis of the evidence.
