Applicability of chapter
As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.52. Amended by P.L.79-1998, SEC.103.
This chapter does not apply to and does not affect in any way the status of any:
- (1) national bank or banking institution;
- (2) federal building and savings association; or
(3) savings association;
whether organized under federal or state laws.
