Ind. Code § 34-55-1-5
Form of execution
As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.51.
The execution must:
- (1) issue in the name of the state;
- (2) be directed to the sheriff of the county;
- (3) be sealed with the seal of the court; and
(4) attested by the clerk of the court.
