The amendments made to IC 34-4-12.5-1 and IC 34-4-13.5-2 (before their repeal, now codified at section 1 of this chapter and at IC 34-6-2 (before its repeal and relocation to IC 34-6-2.1 )) by P.L.144-1991 apply only to a gift of a food item made after June 30, 1991.
