"Covid-19"

As used in this chapter, "COVID-19" means:

  1. (1) severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or a mutated form of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2; or
  2. (2) the disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or a mutated form of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.
